Amber Thoerner, WMCP^®

Amber Thoerner joined Baird in 2015 and began her career in financial services in 2006, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience.

Areas of Expertise

Amber serves as both a Client Specialist and Branch Administrative Supervisor, supporting advisors and clients through a wide range of financial planning and operational needs. She plays an integral role in coordinating client service efforts, assisting with financial plans, and ensuring the team operates efficiently day to day.

With a strong focus on organization, communication, and process improvement, Amber helps deliver a seamless experience for clients while also supporting and developing the branch’s support associates.

• Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Northern Kentucky University
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 Licensed

Family & Community

Amber resides in Cincinnati’s Mount Washington neighborhood with her husband, Ben, and their son, Owen. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially cheering on Owen at his sporting events.

Outside of the field, Amber enjoys relaxing at home with her family and their two dachshunds, Otto and Quinn. A passionate football fan, she proudly supports her hometown Nebraska Cornhuskers. She is also actively involved in the community, volunteering with the Reds Community Fund and supporting fundraising efforts for the Alzheimer’s Association.
